SECURE DATA AND ACCESS PROTECTION
Our Web Application uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL). When the user enters an SSL-protected area of our website, The SSL certificate automatically creates an encrypted connection with the visitor's Brower. Our Data transmission on SSLs use SHA-2 and 2048-bit encryption to stop hackers in their tracks.
Our Administrative panel supports two layers of authentication. This is a security process in which the user provides two means of identification from separate categories of credentials. One is typically something memorized, such as a security code or a Password. The second layer of authentication is delivered by the user choice of email or SMS to a final login phase that will permit entry into the application.
Website or online logs view the traffic and behavior of visitors in real-time. This allows administrators to be able to identify visitors to that have been allow access to document and view the log book. The system also allows you to save your log in files for future reference.
Our user level permission is fully customizable. The Passwords stored in the server is fully encrypted. Each account has five levels of access available for users: Viewer, Author, Manager, Admin, and Owner. The Administrator can assign specific user levels permission and also remove the access level permission.
Our data is encrypted when transmitted across networks to protect against eavesdropping of network traffic by unauthorized users.
The device is reachable via web interface and the web traffic is transmitted over a SSL protection methods. The purpose of this extra layer of security is to protect logbook application from unauthorized access. The access authorization is based on the activation key, Device ID and MAC address. The number of device authorizations is based on the licensing agreement.
